: We implement defense in depth: separate vector stores per tenant, row-level security in PostgreSQL, tenant-scoped API keys, and isolated retrieval pipelines. Every query is authenticated and authorized at multiple layers. Even if one layer failed, others would prevent cross-tenant access.
: Yes. The Loom supports swappable inference backends. During PoC, we run on dedicated GPU infrastructure. For production, you can connect your own model endpoints, use our managed inference, or mix both with intelligent routing.
: Not by default. Conversation history is configurable per tenant. You can enable it for training or QA purposes, but prompt logging is opt-in. Metering tracks usage counts without storing content.
: Unlike generic chatbots trained on public data, The Loom bots are built with domain experts. We work with you to define what the bot should know, how it should respond, and what it should refuse. This curation process ensures accuracy and brand alignment.
